Clos Du Val Wine Tasting Tours, Hours & Prices:

Open daily from 10am to 5pm.

Tastings are $10 per person; but the tasting fee will be waived with any wine purchase and is free for Cellar Club and Dusty Bottle Club members.

On Saturdays and Sundays they pour their reserve and library wines. This special tasting is $20 per person and includes a Clos Du Val logo glass.

Please call for an appointment for groups of 8 or more. Tours are also available to the public by appointment at the discretion of the winery.

Clos Du Val Wine Tasting Notes

Beautiful French chateau and landscaping. The staff was nice and very dog friendly, (they even had doggie treats for our pooch). There is a great picnic area among the olive trees overlooking the vineyards. It gets busy on weekends, and they allow you to call and reserve a picnic table for a extra $5 per person.

They have courts for a French version of bocce ball called petanque, which are open to anyone who's got game!

But we have to admit that the wines tasted a bit wimpy to us. We didn't score anything above 80 points, or so.
