St. Clement Vineyards Wine Tasting Notes

St. Clement has won Napa and Sonoma Valley Magazines best "Boutique Winery" two years in a row (2007 & 2008). The beautiful old house looks like an idealistic version of where your imaginary rich grandmother lives.

They offer at least five different kinds of tastings:
- The general tasting ($10).
- Reds only vertical tasting ($15)
- Oroppas Room Tasting ($25)
- Cheese or Chocolate Pairing (add $10)
- Tour & Tasting ($20)

Then there are "private tastings" as well. But the best deal is the tour and tasting, offered twice a day (10:30am & 2pm). Call ahead for an appointment.

You can also call ahead and reserve a picnic table, and with 72 hours advanced notice they'll provide you with a box lunch ($25) from Oakville Grocery! Can't beat that.

We noticed that they also have a playroom for the kids, complete with juice boxes.
